Delete Your AthelVault Account

To permanently delete your AthelVault account:

1. Open the AthelVault app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → About AthelVault.
3. Tap “Delete Account” near the bottom of the page.
4. If you’re on AthelVault Pro, cancel your subscription first through the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing.
5. Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything in it — every asset, document, receipt, warranty, photo, and reminder — is permanently deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

What we retain

Nothing, after deletion. (Apple/Google may retain their own billing records for subscription purchases separately, in accordance with their own policies — that data is not held by AthelVault.)
