Manage & Delete Your Data

You can delete some or all of your data within the AthelVault app at any time, without deleting your entire account:

• To delete an individual asset: open the asset, tap the menu (⋮), and select Delete.
• To delete a document, receipt, or warranty: open it and select Delete from its menu.
• To delete a reminder: open it and tap Delete, or swipe it away from the Reminders list.
• To remove your profile photo: go to Profile, tap your photo, and select Remove Photo.
• To delete your entire account and all data at once, see our Delete Account page instead.

What gets deleted

Whatever item you delete is permanently removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

What we retain

Nothing beyond what you choose to keep — deleting an item removes it entirely, with no separate copy kept afterward.
